Rehabilitate Domestic Water Lines (660-23-101) Salt Lake City VA Medical Center 36C25926R0003
The project is a renovation located throughout the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center campus. The project site is on the exterior of the buildings on campus, mainly in roadways and sidewalks. The project will replace main domestic water distribution lines, structurally reenforce the main booster pump house, and construct security gate for the booster pump house, as such extra attentions will be for phasing and coordinating water shutdowns to minimize impacts to normal hospital operations.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 237110 with a small business size standard of $45.0 M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.
