The NAICS is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. PSC is 6632.For five of the six VISN2 sites, the vendor will provide a primary routine urinalysis testing platform. The platforms and the testing must be 100% FDA approved. Sites included are James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, Brooklyn VA Medical Center, Northport VA Medical Center. The primary platforms must integrate chemistry and microscopic testing modules with a single point of entry for specimens. Additionally, the vendor will provide a backup, or secondary, means of performing the chemistry (reagent strip) portion of testing in the event the primary platform in not operational.
