Page 7 of 9DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the establishment of an Architect-Engineering (A-E) contract with services to be performed at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Sheridan, WY, 82801. This requirement is being set-aside to Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL AFTER AN EVALUATION HAS BEEN MADE ON THE PROVIDED SF-330s. The SF-330 can be downloaded through the GSA Forms Library at: https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/architectengineer-qualifications, scroll down to locate and click on the SF-330 hyperlink entitled, Architect-Engineer Qualifications. Written questions pertaining to this requirement should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM. Mountain Standard Time (MST), September 15, 2025. Interested firms should submit their current SF-330, Parts I and II, to Sylwia.Zak@va.gov. The SF-330s are due no later than 11:00 AM, MT, September 30, 2025. Statement of Work:This project design will replace mostly single membrane roofs at the Sheridan Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, that are beyond their useful life or are leaking. There is some work that will correct leaking steel roofs, replace slate shingles, and insulate. The design shall investigate the condition of the roofs and determine the best way to correct the roofs. The Design Team must have a certified third-party roof installer or investigative inspector who specializes in membrane roofs, condensation resolution, and is capable of developing a report for the Architect-Engineer (AE) and VA teams to best determine if roofs are a total replacement or how to repair to extend the life of roof based on cost and best practices. All OSHA requirements must be followed when investigating the roof conditions. If roofs are replaced, then roofing insulation must also be installed to meet VA energy goals. Th... - Documents:
