Proposals May Be Addressed To Mrs. Wynetta Bolder, City Clerk, And Either Mailed Or Delivered To 302 S. Madison Avenue, Douglas, Ga 31533, Until Thursday, May 29, 2025, At 2:00 Pm. All Bid Envelopes Should Be Plainly Marked: Bid #66812-25-0026 ¿ Engineering Services & Project Management Of Classroom Building. In Addition To The Base Proposal, Bidders Are Invited To Submit An Optional, Separately Quoted Alternative Bid For Additional Repair And Rehabilitation Items That May Be Undertaken If Funding Permits.
