This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) academic programs and career fields with the organizational structure and facilities to support lodging and meal requirements for an estimated total of 570 Cadets. There will be three 4-day cycles with 190 Cadets and 50 JROTC instructors per cycle. Cycle 1 shall run from 30 May-2 June 2025. Cycle 2 shall run from 6-9 June 2025. Cycle 3 shall run from 13-16 June 2025. This requirement will be awarded as a small business set-aside, provided two or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Otherwise, the requirement may be solicited with full and open competition. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue a RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future.
