The 722 AMXS requires new furniture for four private offices (C102, C103, C104, C105, and a large break area, for a total of five rooms.
In order to be considered for award, offerors shall:
1. Return a copy of Solicitation FA462125Q0067
a. All representations should be filled in. The contractor may elect to use their Reps and Certs in SAM.gov
to fill this requirement.
b. Ensure pages 3 and 4, Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs, are properly filled in with unit price and total
amount per Item listed (0001 through 0011). And total proposed price.
2. Design Work
a. As part of response to the solicitation, the contractor shall submit a proposed design. This design will
include proposed products and layout.
b. All submitted design documents must be stamped and signed as being authored by the submitting
company and its principal design professionals, with no use of third-party design firms unless pre-
approved in writing.
3. Past Performance
a. Provide relevant and recent information for contract(s) of similar scope of work such as contract
number, amount, description of services, period of performance and award date.
4. Additional information
a. As part of proposal, please include warranty details, delivery date and other additional details,
according to the Statement of Work.
b. Offers shall be submitted in pdf format.
5. Proposals submission
a. Proposals shall be submitted by Friday, September 12, 2025, no later than 12:00 P.M to:
