NOTICE TO OFFEROS, 16 July 2025
Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written/1449 solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is be submitted at no cost to the Government.
This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under solicitation notice FA568225Q8026.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are this in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 01/17/2025, and the Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2025-0317.
