Description:
The City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, will receive sealed bids for the DEMOLITION OF 736 PAGE AVE., JACKSON, MI project via the City-s e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson All work performed under this contract shall conform to the City of Jacksons General Building Regulations. Contractor must have a RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS LICENSE OR A HOUSE WRECKING (R) MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATION CONTRACTOR. Abatement to be completed and Demolition shall begin no later than 60 days after Notice of Award. All work shall be completed no later than May 23, 2025.All demolition debris shall be removed to a state licensed type II or type III landfill.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or technicalities in the bids.The City of Jackson does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin, color, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, and physical or mental handicap as to: access, availability, employment, or participation in any of its programs and activities.
