The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and materials to properly remove existing flooring and install approximately 2,727 square feet of hard surface flooring (plank flooring) to include approximately 641 linear feet of 4” rubber cove base using the direct glue down method of installation in building 500 on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements and quantities prior to ordering materials. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with incorrect material orders due to inaccurate measurements by the Contractor.
