This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors who can provide the requirements identified in the accompanying Statement of Requirements.This is not a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation. The VA is not currently seeking quotes/offers/proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A solicitation may be issued at a later date. This notice does not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
