This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement under NAICS 238390 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. Please submit quotes via email to Anthony Jacobs atanthony.jacobs.8@us.af.mil no later than 1 September 2025 at 14:00 PM EDT. Please be sure to include all costs associated with this acquisition.
A site visit is being offered for this solicitation and will be held on 22 August 2025 from 11:00 a.m. EDT to 1:00 p.m. EDT. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and must provide their visitor(s) names, which must match the name on their approved form of identification (e.g. Drivers License, Valid Passport, or State Identification Card) to the site visit POC, Lisa Matney at lisa.matney@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 p.m. on 21 August 2025.
Site visit attendees must be capable of providing the following;
A Valid State-issued Driver's License/Identification card (See NOTE for card restrictions)/Passport Proof of Registration IF driving (Hardcopy) Proof of Insurance IF driving (Hardcopy or digital is accepted) ALL VISITORS are subject to a criminal background check and required to follow all traffic guidelines while on the installation.
