This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Sole Source Solicitation to procure 300 Adobe Acrobat Professional Software Licenses Enterprise Feature Restricted Licensing Offline for My Navy Career Center/Navy Personnel Command to use to process travel claims at the OCONUS Personnel Support Detachments locations. in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov/) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). It is the government intention to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis with GovSmart, Inc. It is noted that GovSmart is a Small Business and SBA Certified HUBZone firm. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $47.0 in millions of dollars.
