This is the synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support repair and Spare BOA renewal that supports components for evaluation and repair of BLQ-10 and FBW/SCS programs. There are 211 NIINs listed to be repaired or procured by the sole source vendor. Please reference Attachment A for a listing of the 211 NIINs. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the item listed sole source. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
