Solicitation Number: 36C78625B0035Project Number: 817CM3025Description: New Land Expansion at Marion National Cemetery.This notice is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a request for Bid, Proposal, or Quote.The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78625B0035 entitled, New Land Expansion at Marion National Cemetery on or about June 30, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. Scope of Work:The construction contractor shall provide all labor, management, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to construct project number 817CM3025 per the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and related construction documents. Construction will take place at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953-4568. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, pre-placed crypts, in-groundcremains, columbarium, flag assembly area, entrance feature, administration building, committal service shelter, maintenance building renovation and construction of other items as required to complete all the work described in the contract documents.
