BWT-WI-324: The scope of work under this Contract is to provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to Reconstruct the Digester Gas Piping from the Gas Boosters to the Flares at the Wards Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City-s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
