This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the AFDW/PKA, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 ahead of an anticipated procurement for 844 CG SYSTEMS ENGINEERING and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (SETA) Follow-On. The Contractor shall provide the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.

This requirement will be a total 100 % Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services for which the Small Business size standard is $37 million.
The PSC code is DG01.
The Solicitation is anticipated to be posted to sam.gov Contract Opportunities on or after October 16, 2023. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFP. The Government anticipates award of a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials contract type. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number FA701424RXXXX. We anticipate award before 21 April 2024.
This requirement will be solicited using commercial Contracting by Negotiation procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.
