Solicitation Number: 36C78625B0009Project Number: 844-NRM25-201Description: Pressure Booster Station and Irrigation RefurbishmentThis notice is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a request for Bid, Proposal, or Quote.The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78625B0009 entitled, Pressure Booster Station and Irrigation Refurbishment at Fort Gibson National Cemetery on or about February 12, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. Scope of Work:The construction contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and services necessary to construct project number 844-NRM25-201 per the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and related construction documents. Construction will take place at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Ft. Gibson, OK 74434. work includes: 1) Address failed irrigation pressure booster system with controller replacement, restore booster station to operational. 2) Replace obsolete satellite irrigation controllers, six in total. 3) Reprogram timers of all old and new satellite controllers and booster station to work in unison. 4) Spot and replace failed underground isolation valves, two in total. Period of PerformanceThe Contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality control, repair/construction services, punch list corrections, clean up, invoicing and closeouts documentation submittal within ninety (90) calendar days of Government issuance of the Notice to Proceed.Place of PerformanceDepartment of Veterans AffairsNational Cemetery AdministrationFort Gibson National Cemetery1423 Cemetery RdFt.
