This is a Sole Source 8(a) Set-Aside to Guerrero Professional Services, Inc. CAGE 8A1P5 The only 8(a) offer to be considered is the designated 8(a) contractor.
Purchase Request: 7001865844, NSN 6620-01-688-5653, Diagnostic Unit, Eng; PN DDTS-KT01E. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The approved source for this item is Guerrero Professional Services Inc. CAGE 8A1P5. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for a total quantity of 213 KTs. The required delivery is 67 days ARO to Albany, GA CLIN 0001 for a quantity of 5 KTs and a delivery to New Cumberland, PA, CLIN 0002 for a quantity of 208 KTs. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be sent to the 8(a) Sole Approved source. The estimated solicitation issue date is 01/03/2025. The anticipated closing date is 1/21/2025.
