- Correct all existing violations or hazardous conditions existing in this structure as specified in the Housing Code and Electrical Regulations as to existing structures. Electrical Contractor shall be responsible for all wall and ceiling repairs from any holes that were needed to run wire. Wall repairs shall be smooth, and sanded and ready for paint, owner responsible for painting. Repair of holes shall be done with plaster so as to match the existing materials. Contractor responsible for daily cleanup. All new outlets shall be wired with a constant feed unless specifically listed to provide switched lighting.
