Description:
Metrocare is seeking formal proposals for an existing 16,980 sq ft. office building, Metrocare Skillman Family Mental Health Clinic located at9708 Skillman St. Dallas, TX 75243. Metrocare is requesting proposals for construction services for the replacement of the existing floors of this building. This project will require phasing and the work will be performed afterhours. Metrocare facilities business hours are from M-F 8am - 5pm. The Contractor is required to complete work on weekdays between the hours of 5:30 pm and 7 am or anytime on weekends.Site Visits: August 27, 2025, 5:30 pm C.T. August 28, 2025, 5:30 pm C.T.Metrocare is anticipating this phase of the project to commence by the end of September or beginning of October 2025 and be completed by December 2025. The proposal pricing shall include full turn-key services for labor, materials, debris removal, and disposal as well as any permitting that may be necessary to complete the project.These improvements aim to ensure the facility-s structural integrity, energy efficiency, and overall safety, in compliance with all relevant healthcare facility regulations.
