This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1. The solicitation number is F3G3CA5192A001. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ).
2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, dated 11 June 2025.
3. This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333415 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
4. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows:
CLIN 0001 - furnish of all materials, equipment, and supervision required for the project IAW Attachment 1 - SOW.
CLIN 0002 - Installation IAW Attachment 1 - SOW
