The U.S. Pretrial Services for the District of Oregon intends to procure residential halfway house services for federal defendants and material witnesses in the catchment area identified as Northwest Oregon which includes the counties and/or boundries of Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington. Required halfway house services may include providing the following: housing federal, high risk (violent/gang affiliated) defendants and material witnesses, drug and alcohol testing, case management services (employment assistance).
The U.S. Pretiral Services for the District of Oregon intends to procure these halfway house services by issuing a solicitation and awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s). The solicitation will be issued on July 15, 2025. Any vendor interested in receiving a solicitation must contact U.S. Pretrial Services Contracting Officer Adrian Oliveros at adrian_oliveros@orpt.uscourts.gov. The proposal deadline is 3:00 PM local time on August 24, 2025. Interested vendors must respond timely to the solicitation's proposal deadline. Proposals must demonstrate that a vendor can provide services in accordance with all solicitation requirements.
