- The 386th Contracting Office located Ali Al Salem AB is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges.
The potential requirement is to provide all parts, equipment, specialized labor, and depot-level maintenance services necessary for the comprehensive repair and overhaul of power generation generators located at Ali Al Salem Air Base as well as associated facilities as designated by the Contracting Officer or their authorized representative. This includes scheduled depot-level preventative maintenance performed according to manufacturer's specifications and industry best practices, unscheduled complex repairs exceeding on-site capabilities, and emergency services. The Contractor shall ensure all generators are returned to optimal operating condition, meeting or exceeding original manufacturer's performance specifications and applicable safety standards, using new or re-certified OEM-standard parts, and providing documentation verifying performance metrics such as load testing and voltage regulation after each repair. The Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all waste and hazardous materials in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations.
