The purpose of Amendment 01 is to extend the solicitation due date to 3/21/25.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice is being issued as an Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80TECH25Q0033 for one ABB brand-name Spectroradiometer (Part # MR304SC), telecope (Part # SMY06), and the associated software.
The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2025-03.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334513 and 750 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. This is being conducted as full & open competition.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
Delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center is required within 52 weeks after receipt of order. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination.
Quotes for the items(s) described above are due by 3:00pm EDT and March 14, 2025 and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to NASA Glenn Research Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
Quoters shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, (Sep 2023), which is incorporated by reference. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 are as follows:
