Description:
The City of Milpitas is seeking bids from qualified vendors in response to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide monitoring, maintenance, testing, training, and as required repair services for the City-s 21 Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) systems, 6 Underground Storage Tanks systems (UST), and 14 day tanks throughout the City of Milpitas. Additionally, the selected vendor shall provide annual American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)-approved fuel sampling and testing at each system, and fuel polishing as needed.The City-s goal is to ensure that all City tanks are operating efficiently and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.Note: This IFB is a re-bid of the previously issued solicitation https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/milpitas-ca/projects/135013 which was canceled by the City to reassess and modify Minimum Qualifications requirements. Vendors must demonstrate compliance with all Minimum Qualifications specified herein to be considered responsive to this bid.
