Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19JA7026Q0084, “A/C and Ceiling/Lighting Renewal for the CAC,” is hereby amended to revise the Statement of Work (SOW). The previously issued SOW is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). In addition, the quotation submission deadline is extended to June 5 at 12:00 noon. This amendment is effective as of the date of the Contracting Officer-s signature.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19JA7026Q0084, “A/C and Ceiling/Lighting Renewal for the CAC,” is hereby amended to revise the Statement of Work (SOW). In addition, the deadline for submission of questions is extended to May 28 at 12:00 noon, and the quotation submission deadline is extended to June 3 at 12:00 noon. This amendment is effective as of the date of the Contracting Officer-s signature.

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to provide A/C and Ceiling/Lighting Renewal for the CAC at the U.S. Consulate General Sapporo, Japan.
