This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about the date stated below and will be posted via the same site.

This acquisition is being solicited under Request for Proposal (RFP) W912C325RA009
as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $9 Million.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for an AC Duct Cleaning Service that includes cleaning, maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of all ductwork systems across various buildings. Work may include electrical, masonry, painting, sign work, HVAC work, minor roofing, metalwork, demolition and other trades that relate to the maintenance and repair of the ductwork on the real property facilities at, Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico.
All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation.
