Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC) on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for ACEP-WRE Tree Planting for the Illinois State Office (Alexander & Union County).
The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced Purchase Order. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government
This is a 100% total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, which has a size standard of $9.5M. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award.
