6/16/2025: AMENDEMNT 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. EXTEND the solicitation end date by 7 days to Wednesday, 6/25/2025 at 3:00 PM ET. Bid opening will be 30 mins after bid close at 6/25/2025 at 3:30 PM ET.
Another site visit can be scheduled for June 23rd, 2025 at 9AM but you will need to request another visitor badge for anyone interested. Please fill out the badge request form and return it to Jeremy.prince@usda.gov NO LATER THAN JUNE 18, 2025 3PM EST. If you need the form please email Jeremy to obtain the form. Any badge requests submitted after this time will not be processed in time for a site visit.
2. Provide amendment 0001 and government responses to RFI's received. Attachment labeled "Amd 0001_Sol_12445525B0010 with RFIs".
3. Provide UPDATED Statement of Work (SOW) removing Rocky Point Rd location. Attachment labeled "Amd 0001_UPDATED SOW".
4. Provide UPDATED Schedule of Items (SOI) removing Rocky Point Rd location. Pricing MUST be provided on the updated SOI. Attachment labeled "Amd 0001_UPDATED SOI".
4. Provide boundary maps for each location. Attachment labeled "Amd 0001_Drawings".
5. Provide the "Pre-bid PowerPoint Slides" shown during the scheduled site visit. Attachment labeled "Amd 0001_Pre-bid PowerPoint Slides".
IMPORTANT: This amendment must be acknowledged, and your bid must be submitted using the updated SOI in order to be responsive.
