Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The U.S. Embassy Tokyo requires a contractor to furnish 18 computers for the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section(PAS) in Tokyo, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order.
Prospective quoters shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Therefore, prospective quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
