- The Auction Board of the Highways and Transportation Authority of Puerto Rico will receive proposals in sealed documents for Formal Auction Number C-26-01, Acquisition of Specialized Equipment for the Construction Materials Testing Laboratory of the Highways and Transportation Authority. Bidders must file their proposals at the Office of the Auction Board located at the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center, (formerly Minillas), Edificio Sur, Piso Eleven, Avenida de Diego, Parada 22, Santurce, Puerto Rico, on or before 2:00 pm (Puerto Rico time) on November 25, 2025. The proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in a virtual meeting (via Cisco Webex) on November 26, 2025 at 10:00 am. An invitation to said meeting will be sent to anyone who has submitted their proposal so that they can connect to it. A non-mandatory pre-auction meeting will be held on October 30, 2025 at 10:00 am.
