- The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to supply polymer for the Towns Actiflow unit at a low cost, for use in the Water and Sewer Department, on an as-needed basis.The objective is to obtain a pool of one or more suppliers that are pre-qualified by the Town, from which polymer, meeting the specifications defined in this bid, may be ordered as needed.If multiple suppliers are pre-qualified, when a delivery is needed, the Town will request a quote from each pre-qualified supplier, and a Purchase Order will be placed with the vendor that best meets the needs of the Town at that time. Considerations will include first and foremost the lowest bid price, as well as delivery time, performance and availability of specified product.
