Market research was conducted and determined that Acustaf Development Corporation is the only vendor capable of providing software & services necessary that meet the requirements: Labor management software- Staff scheduling the software must be compatible with HL7 Interface with VISTA and link with VHA Directive 2010-034 Staffing Methodology Incorporates ALBCC information to automate VHA Directive 1731: DSS labor mapping and VHA Directive 1750: Managerial Cost Account (MCA). Report matches MCA fields for labor mapping Completion. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
