No solicitation exists currently. This is a Sources Sought Notice to help locate potential sources that may be interested in this requirement and is being used as a means of market research for planning purposes only. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals nor quotes and shall not obligate the government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to obtain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing On-Site Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nursing Services with the ability to meet the requirements of a resulting solicitation with this North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 621492 (Kidney Dialysis Centers) with a size standard of $47.0 million or less, at the Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located in Asheville, NC. The estimated Period of Performance is October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the Government s discretion. It has been determined that any (potential sources) shall provide properly trained and qualified Registered Nurses (RN s) appropriately licensed in the state of North Carolina capable of providing the above services must demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the required services and their capabilities to provide such services required to meet the following: The acceptable response time is contingent upon the urgency of the need as determined by the ordering physician: a) within two (2) hours of Emergent services; b) within four (4) hours for Immediate services; and c) within twelve (12) hours for chronic, routine hemodialysis treatments.
