Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses and increase the area of Lease ADA-03262, Lot 4, Block 2, from 46,778 square feet to approximately 48,844.50 square feet at Kotzebue Airport. Applicant: Sivu Transportation, LLC. Annual rent: $10,599.26 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: aeronautical - air taxi, contract charter service, air freight service, aircraft maintenance, parking and tie-down and operation of fueling facilities for the lessee-s aircraft.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 23, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
