Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to decrease the area of Lease ADA-04092, Lot 1 and 2, Block 100, consisting of approximately 49,700 square feet, at Unalaska Airport being absorbed into Lot 1A, Block 100 consisting of approximately 21,700 square feet. Applicant: Ounalashka Corporation. Annual rent: $2,582.30 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Maintenance and modification of existing structures located on premises; use of premises and said structures for any and all aviation functions as defined by 17 AAC 40.320(B)(1). Provided, however, that those auxiliary functions, (as defined by 17 AAC 40.320(B)(2)) such as cafe, gift shop, newsstand, etc., which are commonly performed in airline or air taxi passenger terminals may be performed on the premises inside buildings which are primarily used as airline or air taxi passenger terminals.
