Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to allow the use of a strip of land approximately 60 feet wide and 330 feet long North airport boundary on the East end of the apron and extending to intersect McGuires Drive as shown on Exhibit A, dated 10/14/93 and a strip of land 40 feet wide for approximately 757 feet along McGuires Drive to the intersection with Chinana Ave then 60 feet wide for approximately 448 feet along Chinana Ave to the East airport boundary as shown on Exhibit B dated 8/10/04, known as Item 016, consisting of approximately 76,960 square feet (ADA-06275), at McGrath Airport for 20 years without fee. Applicant: City of McGrath. Authorized uses: a strip of land approximately 60 feet wide by approximately 1700 feet long, starting at the fence on the east end of the airport apron.
