Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses and amend the terms of Airport Boundary Crossing ADA-06330, Item 2, consisting of approximately 38,475 square feet, at St. Paul Airport. Applicant: Tanadgusix Corporation. Annual rent: $2,171.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Aircraft parking and tie-down, loading and unloading of air freight and passengers, retail sale and distribution of aviation fuel and petroleum products, all in connection with an airport terminal operation, no other authority is granted by this permit. Further, reinstate Article V Special Covenants; FUEL SALES, 4, 4(a), and 5, removed by Supplement No. 1 and amend fuel flowage rate to $0.05 per gallon.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 23, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the Airport Boundary Crossing.
