Authorized uses: Aeronautical - The operation & maintenance of an aircraft hangar; maintenance and storage of aircraft, equipment, and freight in connection with a commercial aviation business to include: air taxi and air charter service, aircraft maintenance and repair, loading, unloading, handling and storage of air freight, subleasing to commercial aviation businesses, fuel storage and dispensing for lessee's or lessee's commercial subtenants only, vehicle and aircraft parking.
