Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07097 (Lot 4D, Block 7), consisting of approximately 12,775 square feet, at the Bethel Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Harry Faulkner, Jr. Annual rent: $2,772.18 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - The operation & maintenance of an aircraft hangar; maintenance and storage of aircraft, equipment, and freight in connection with a commercial aviation business to include: air taxi and air charter service, aircraft maintenance and repair, loading, unloading, handling and storage of air freight, subleasing to commercial aviation businesses, fuel storage and dispensing for lessee's or lessee's commercial subtenants only, vehicle and aircraft parking.
