Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to amend the terms of Lease ADA-07823, Lot 2, Block 10, consisting of approximately 45,000 square feet, at McGrath Airport until May 31, 2029. The current language of the Lease Agreement does not allow Assignment of Leases. The proposed amendment will remove General Covenant 45 No Assignment and replace it with General Covenant 56 Assignment to allow lease to be assigned. Applicant: U.S. Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service. Annual rent: $8,865.00, and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - The operation and maintenance of a hangar to store and maintain lessee-s aircraft in support of its wildlife and management program and placement of three conexes for aeronautical storage only.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., October 17, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
