Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08696 (Lot 3A, Block 8), consisting of approximately 37,950 square feet, at Talkeetna Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: K2 Adventures, Inc. Annual rent: $5,464.80 and any other associated fees, Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Continued operation of an Air Taxi Service for transporting passengers and cargo, aircraft tiedowns, vehicle and aircraft parking; and placement of two 750 gallon mobile fuel tanks for self-fueling of Lessees aircraft only.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 9, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
