Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-09303 (Lot 2, Block 100), consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet, at Manokotak Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Bristol Bay Cellular Partnership. Annual rent: $2,205.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical - Maintenance of an 8- x 20- moveable conex which contains cellular and telecommunication supplies and parts that directly and indirectly support telecommunications at the airport and nearby village such as wire, cable, first aid supplies, hand tools, and spare rectifier parts. In addition to supplies, a Honda ATV is stored in the conex for technician transportation to cellular shelters.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 24, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit.
