Tender are invited for In accordance with 17 AAC 45.300, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to lease Lot 2, Block 200, (Premises) consisting of approximately 45,000 square feet at the Hope Airport by offering them through a sealed bid process. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - as defined under 17 AAC 45.990(108); examples or limitations may be set out in the Bid Packet.Minimum Bid for Lot 2, Block 200: $14,000.00Term: Based on the dollar amount bid for permanent improvements on the Premises starting with a minimum of $14,000.00 for a term of 6 years.
