Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 4, Block 10, consisting of approximately 30,000 square feet (ADA-09672) at Talkeetna Airport for 35 years. Applicant: David Turner. Annual rent: $3,537 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Construction, operation, and maintenance of a hangar for the storage and maintenance of a lessee-s private aircraft; aircraft unloading, unloading of personal passengers and freight; aircraft and vehicle parking. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 24, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
