Tender are invited for NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to extend the construction deadline under Lease ADA-32287, as follows: LESSEE: Alaska Cargo and Cold Storage, LLC. PREMISES: Block 34, Lot 5, consisting of approximately 1,265,903 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55) years, beginning January 20, 2021, and ending January 19, 2076. CONSTRUCTION DEADLINE: One (1) year extension from January 20, 2026, to January 20, 2027. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $227,862.54 ($0.18 per square foot x 1,265,903 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, operation, and maintenance of a cargo hardstand and fueling facility, including eight (8) aircraft parking positions, warehouse, offices, ground support equipment shop, and vehicle parking.
