Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO AMEND: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) is relocating Alaska Central Express Inc (ACE) to the South Terminal in response to critical operational, safety, and security requirements.The Airport proposes to execute Supplement No. 1 Under Operating Agreement and Passenger Terminal Lease ADA-32513 with Alaska Central Express Inc (ACE). Add Room SA1941A (office) and Gate A12 (holdroom), consisting of 769 s.f. and Ramp A12 (aircraft parking position), consisting of 20,650 s.f. at the South Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. TERM: July 28, 2025, through June 30, 2033 (expiration of all Operating Agreements). Current Terminal rent rate is $105.31/s.f./yr and current Aircraft Ramp rental rate is $2.00/s.f./yr.
