PREMISES: Block 0018, Lot 014 (325,000 Sq Ft); Block 0023, Lot 001 (174,250 Sq Ft) LEASE TERM: Fifty (50) years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $89,865.00 annually ($0.18 per square foot x 499,250 square feet). AUTHORIZED USES: The premises will be used for the operation of a commercial aviation business, including air carrier, air taxi, and charter services; aircraft tie-down rental; aircraft storage, maintenance, and fueling (for lessee-owned or leased aircraft); and as a base of operations for the lessee-s fixed-wing aircraft used in air commerce.
