PROJECT KJAQ199077, ADAL COMMUNICATIONS BLDG 210:WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECS. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS AN 100% COMPETITIVE SB SET-ASIDE WITH THE INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD. NO CONTRACT WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS. THE NAICS CODE IS 236220 AND THE SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $5M AND $10M. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT ARE SCHEDULED.
