ADAM - HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICESThe work described in this statement of work is intended to provide HVAC-R annual services and emergency repairs which complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The work described includes all necessary supervision, tools, equipment including safety equipment, labor, supplies and transportation. The work will be performed at Adams National Historical Park in Quincy, MA. The equipment included in this contract is to maintain comfortable work and use spaces for staff and visitors (typical seasonal HVAC-R systems), and to control climate in spaces used for storage of museum curatorial collections (these systems use heat, Air Conditioning/cooling (AC) De-Humidification and Humidification year-round).Prior to submitting a quote, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the sites where the services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. - Documents:
