The project consists of but is not limited to site preparation and removals, demolition and removals, erosion and sedimentation controls, earthwork, track surfacing removal and replacement, full depth track pavement replacement, and root barrier installation. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute.
